A commercial auto policy will cover you for both business use and personal use. The need for this coverage will depend on whether you use vehicles in order to transport items to/from your fun center or for other business use.

Family Entertainment Park Safety
Most of the injury claims that we see coming from family entertainment centers are from the go-kart tracks and miniature golf course. Using proper risk management will drastically lower the risk of an incident happening at your facility.
Safety Tips for miniature golf courses:
• Check for potential trip and fall issue such as an uneven joint in the walkway, a crack in the side walk, loose railing poles.
• Make sure that all stairs are clearly painted and no slip added where necessary.
• Check all golf clubs for signs of damage before handing out.
• Have signs to direct customers in the right direction and to remind them of safety rules.
•
Have staff supervising the course to deter people from doing something unsafe.
Go-Kart Track safety:
• Trained Employees - Teach employees what they need to look for and how to handle the situations that they might encounter.
•
Clear Signage for safety rules
•
An electric ignition cut off is mandatory to control the speed and action on a go-kart track.
•
Make sure that there are enough employees to cover the whole track. One employee should be assigned to the ignition cutoff box and never leave their post.
• Employees should have walkie talkies so that they can communicate where there might be an issue or emergency.
