TO GET CREDIT FOR YOUR APPLICATION, YOU MUST FILL OUT ONE OF THE ONLINE APPLICATIONS BELOW ONLY! NO PDF's (THE BROKER PROGRAM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS.)

Here at the CIA, we are introducing new Brokered Business Programs for risks that qualify with our Insurance programs. Only Inflatable Equipment Rentals, Inflatable Indoor Centers, Rock Climbing Walls, Trackless Trains, Family Entertainment Centers and Eurobungy (Euro Bungee) are eligible. We have developed our own applications for the several niches that we write. If you want to get paid we need you to use the online applications below for the type of risk (some risks may have PDF applications).

STEP 2: Getting information from your customer

In order to make it easier for brokers to obtain information from their customers we have PDF Applications that you can be sent to the customer, filled out on the computer and sent back to you. YOU MUST HOWEVER, STILL FILL OUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION. WE WILL NOT EXCEPT THESE PDF's FOR QUOTES.

STEP 3: Fill out the online application (PDF's will not be accepted)

The online apps are designed to get all the underwriting information we need to get you the best quote with the best coverage’s. If you do not finish completing the application an email is sent to you with a link asking for you to return and complete it. We will not proceed until we have a complete submission so if we are asking for a rental agreement or waiver to be submitted, please get it to us. You will find that depending on the time of year we can usually get your quote in 1-5 days.
